On a Roll
Things that have gone really, amazingly, inexplicably well in the last 18 hours:
- Full house at the (Howard) Dean event, people sitting on the floor in the aisles.
- Catching my camera when the kid sitting next to me elbowed it off the table. (Thought of K, the time she told me “you are a ninja”)
- Ad-libbing in our final skit for Spanish (Ħque barbaridad!), and everyone laughing.
- Walking into English for the last time, saying something ridiculous in a child-like voice, and everyone laughing.
- Meeting Charles’ roommate Drew, all of us standing outside in the cold, telling our stories.
- A site design thrown together for Alex’s charity of choice in under an hour. (Not to mention $64,000 raised for the Seattle Children’s Hospital.)
- This movie trailer. (Wishlist anyone?)
- Hearing from Kristin Gayda, insulting iPod knockoffs, talking about cameras.
- Last Spanish class (of the semester).
- It’s supposed to snow a foot.
Things are turning out great. Don’t jinx it.
